In September 2004 and in parallel with the political crisis at that time, In-Concert initiated the idea of an annual musical festival, titled “Anti-Crise”, as a venue to solidify unity and stability through cultural activism.
Therefore, the first festival took place in Beirut between 10 and 13 September, and was attended by hundreds of musical fans. From its inception, “Anti-Crise” festival included diverse musical styles and influences, where local as well as international musicians from around the world performed.

Objectives of Anti-Crise:
- Allowing the public the possibility to discover the alternative musical scene both on the Lebanese and international levels.
- Bringing in a real value/worth to the art and cultural scene we propose atypical concerts.
- Offering a concert that is accessible to all publics.
- Creating a festival feel/atmosphere through this musical voyage.
- Providing the public with the possibility to discover other spaces.
- Decentralizing the cultural scene, primarily that of Lebanese music.
